RETURN POLICY

South Coast is committed to customer satisfaction. If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to South Coast within 30 days - in the condition you received it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with merchandise tags in place with a copy of the invoice.

Exceptions are the following:

  • -Surfboard sales are final and cannot be returned.
  • -Swimwear must not be worn and have original tags and hygiene liners intact.
  • -Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside).

How to Return

If you've decided you want to return items then choose a shipping method of your choice. For your security, please insure the package against loss and retain your tracking number. South Coast cannot accept COD deliveries and is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

Exchanges

For exchanges please ship us back the product and when it is received we will make the exchange and ship it back to you free of charge. If the item is sold out we will contact you with the available options.

Processing Time for Returns

Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the shipping and processing of your return. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional two to ten business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
