Shipping

All orders ship within 3 business days. This is in addition to the actual delivery time. For example, you can expect to receive your product within 5 business days if you selected 2 day UPS delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate special requests to ship products sooner than the 3 business days we have committed to. Please note that there may be a customs fee if you are ordering outside of the United States.

Returns

We want to make sure that you are stoked with everything you purchase from South Coast! We eill allow you to return or exchange anything you purchase within 15 days. To return something to South Coast, you can bring it by one of our retail stores or mail it to:

Please either return the merchandise with a copy of the packing slip/reciept and a note explaining what you would like for us to do (i.e. exchange for different size, credit account, ect). You are responsible for return shipping charges to South Coast. On exchanges, we will pay the ground shipping charges to get the item back to you. If you need it faster, there will be a shipping upcharge. If we ever make a mistake in your order, we will refund any costs you may incur in returning the merchandise to South Coast. Once we recieve a return, it usually takes us 2-3 days to process your order and either credit your account or ship your exchange. You will recieve an email notification when your return is processed.
